This four-week class is an introduction to the basics of Tensegrity: the modern form of body positions, movements, and breaths discovered by shamans of ancient Mexico and which support health, vigor, awareness, and general well-being.

a new cycle of Fundamentals of Tensegrity to debut in June in Los Angeles. This new course will also be taught to a fully enrolled class in July at the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colorado.
