A new statement from the Board of Directors of Cleargreen, about Tensegrity purpose and intent:
the original statement in .pdf format
April 22, 2010
We greatly appreciate the concern that some of you have expressed over the recent
departure of Miles Reid and Aerin Alexander from Cleargreen and, like you, are deeply
affected.
Such moments of challenge can bring us ever closer to our shared purpose, and through
the years on this path, we have corroborated what the students of don Juan said about
this: that Tensegrity is neither about gurus nor the specific personalities of instructors on
the workshop stage; rather, it is about each of us becoming aware of ourselves and the
impact of our choices in our day-to-day lives.
Consistent with this view, it remains Cleargreen’s decision to honor this work, as well as
those who have contributed to it, by leaving aside the details of various instructors’
comings and goings, and instead continue to focus our attention, energy and resources on
our primary purpose: Transmitting the current expression of the knowledge dreamt by
seers of ancient Mexico. We enter the essence of that knowledge when we turn our
individual and collective gaze from ‘what others are doing’ to ‘what I am doing.’
This is the work that Cleargreen was created to facilitate, and which it continues to
wholeheartedly support through a global, collaborative structure of beings. Within such a
configuration, the decision of who participates constructively is an individual one,
springing from one’s own level of commitment to self-inquiry and personal
accountability.
Once again, we gratefully acknowledge Miles and Aerin for their service and wish them
well.
With Thanks,
The Board of Directors of Cleargreen
